Question 1: How much does it cost?
Every project is a little different. The final investment depends on the size of the space, the condition of the concrete, any crack repairs needed, and the coating system you choose. You can expect anywhere between $3,000 - $12,000+ depending on sqft of space and type of material used.

Question 2: How long before I can use my garage again??
One of the biggest advantages of polyurea is how quickly it cures. Most projects are completed in just one day, and in many cases you can walk on the floor within 24 hours. Vehicle traffic is typically ready within 24–48 hours, depending on the weather and the coating system used. That means minimal disruption and you can get back to using your garage much sooner than with traditional epoxy.
Question 3: Will it peel or chip?
When installed correctly, a high-quality polyurea coating forms an incredibly strong bond with properly prepared concrete. That's why every project starts with diamond grinding and any necessary crack or surface repairs before the coating is applied. While no floor is completely indestructible, polyurea is designed to resist peeling, chipping, hot tire pickup, and everyday wear. Before any coating is applied, we diamond grind the surface and repair areas that need attention to create the best possible foundation.
